Play Date #1 with Sugar

Denali and I picked up Sugar and Bet and went to Coronado. Sugar's first time at a beach! She did awesome. She walked into the water fearlessly following Denali and the other dogs and was quickly puzzled and didn't seem to like it. She stayed out of the water for a while but slowly gained confidence. Once a wave caught her and she stood frozen, so still and grounded that I thought she looked stuck! It is a very odd sensation to feel the push then pull of a wave as the sandy ground moves and is pulled out from under your feet. Here are some of the best shots!
